NAVFone PPC for Windows Mobile Devices (Phone Version)
IMPORTANT : Install this version only if your device is a Windows Mobile based PDA-Phone.
When the "not authorized to use" dialog box appears upon tapping on the Yellow Pages icon, the optional feature has to be purchased. Kindly click here for more information.
To ensure successful installation, user are advised to uncheck the 'Power Save' mode.
Please click on device -> settings -> system -> power -> advanced -> under "on battery power" -> uncheck the "Turn off device if not used"
Note: Upon completion of all installation, user may want to repeat the above steps to 'check' the "Turn off device if not used" for device to be in Power Save mode.
Note: License activation for this NAVFone version will be tied to the phone IMEI number. If you have previously registered NAVFone using the machine id, kindly fill up the license reset request form. Fax the completed form to 62982735.

Step 1 : Install Application
1) Download the Application CAB from this URL. Download From or (File Size: 10.9 MB)
2) Remove the SD card from your device.
3) Insert the SD card into a SD card reader.
4) Copy this file "NAVFone_PPC_Onboard.9012.CAB" into your device SD card
5) Insert this SD card back into your device
6) From your device, click on -> File Explorer -> Storage card -> NAVFone_PPC_Onboard.9012.CAB
7) The installation process will start. Press "Yes" for any security prompt.
8) Device will prompt user on installation path, is importance that user MUST select "\Storage Card", and press "Install".
9) After installation, from your device, click on -> Program -> NavFone PPC icon to start the application.
10) For first time user the application will prompt "Invalid Registration key ".
11) Select a method of activation. Activation via SMS is preferred.
12) Done
Step 2: Install Map
1) Download the map installers

2) Remove the SD card from your device.
3) Insert the SD card into a SD card reader.
4) Copy the installers into your device SD card
5) Insert this SD card back into your device
6) From your device, click on -> File Explorer -> Storage card
7) Tap on the individual map installer to start the installation process.
8) Device will prompt user on installation path. It is preferable to install to the memory card. Press "Install" to start the installation process.
9) Done

** Current user must uninstall the old version before re-install.
*** user have to select "\Storage Card" as installation path
How to install NavFone 2.11 into the device:
1) Download installer from website (Released Jun 2008)
2) Copy this file "NAVFone_PPC_211.2577.CAB" into your device SD card
3) Insert this SD card back into your device
4) From the device, click on -> File Explorer ->Storage card -> NAVFone_PPC_211.2577.CAB
5) The installation process will start. A prompt will ask user installation path, user have to select "\Storage Card", and press "Install".
6) After installation, from your device, click on -> Program -> NavFone PPC icon to start the application.
7) For first time user the application will prompt for "Invalid Registration key ".
8) Locate this URL for activation code http://www.asiagis.com.sg/register/
9) Fill-in license key and your Machine ID into this website, an activation code will return on web page upon user submit.
10) From your device fill-in license key, and the activation code.
11) Done
To download map into device:
For Singapore Map: Click Here (Released Jun 2008)

From the device click on -> Setting -> Maps -> Register Map to activate of new map into device.
