Suntec, Singapore - It was an exciting time for Apps World to be visiting Asia, a region that many market commentators and industry leaders predict will be the next global hub for apps and app development for the next few years.

With access to more powerful mobile devices becoming more affordable, the market for mobile apps is growing at an ever increasing rate. Sophisticated, affordable handsets that can handle the processing demands of today's high-paced digital lifestyle are in development, and ready to hit a ripe consumer market from several angles.
Carey went on to share case studies of apps using location as a key feature to enhance users' experience.
