Part 1 - Back Up of Important Files

1. Connect your GPS device to your PC via the supplied USB cable.
2. The GPS device should appear as a "Removable Drive" at your computer.
3. Using Windows Explorer at the computer, open this GPS "Removable Drive" folder.
4. In the GPS device drive folder, locate the "MobileNavigator" folder.
5. Copy the "MobileNavigator" folder to your computer Desktop

Part 2 - Removal of Old version

1. Browse in the "MobileNavigator" folder residing in the GPS "Removable Drive".
2. Delete the "Data" folder. Do not skip this step.

Part 3 - Installing the New Version

1. Download and save the file from the download button above.
2. Double click on the downloaded "NaviUpdate.exe" file.
3. Click "Unzip". A folder called "NaviUpdate" will be created at C:\.
4. Browse into the abovementioned "C:\NaviUpdate" folder. Copy all items found in the folder.
5. Paste the copied items into the "MobileNavigator" folder residing in the GPS "Removable Drive". Allow the existing files to be overwritten if prompted.

Part 4 - Testing the Installation

1. Disconnect the GPS from the PC.
2. Switch the GPS on and select GPS Navigation (or similar).
3. The GPS navigation should run without any error message appearing. Please test the commonly used function such as GPS Status, Search & Routing, Favourites & selection of maps.
